Ill try and get on but no promises... Sad the way this all ended up, GW get old so noone plays, but I guess that is normal (?) for MMOs?

Heh, I'm finally more active again on GW cuz WoW's getting old again. So yes, that's just the way of MMO's. But I'm anxiously awaiting GW2.

Hello evryone. yes I do check in from time to time. Not much has changed, still palying WoW on Shadowsong. Only 5 level 80s now. Hope all are well. Peace to you all in this new year.

Nice to hear from you all. Yes, it's the classic story of the decline and fall of an MMO. Or at least of a MMO clan, or maybe both. A lack of meaningful challenges keeps me from playing much anymore, though in fact I don't play any games that much anymore. I play two or 3 facebook games, five minutes at a time, maybe 3 times a day and that's it. Even those... I have joined a dozen of them, I play only a couple. Gamer burnout? Is there such a thing? Maybe Engel should get a grant to study the phenomenon. :p

Yeah, I've been feeling the same way in general... But I still get on for the people, for the most part. I try to find stuff to do, but a lot of the time I just have no motivation to do anything.

We had a good turn-out for Cantha New Year. Events seem to be the time most of the crew comes back to visit, even if it's just to afk and check in from time to time. Thanks to everyone who assisted with chef wrangling thru the day and evening. And a special thanks to Marg aka Sous Chef Delahunty for making sure we had all the ingredients every single feast. And to the many minions over the year who collected said ingredients.

We might be slowing down with participation overall, but TEG and the Alliance can still bring it. I got several whispers from people in the district who were very impressed with us all.

Heh... I'm about 10 levels away from level 80 #8. I even try to come back to GW once in awhile (usually on holidays or WoW server downtime) but I just can't get into it. Not having an expansion in 2+ years will do that to a game. But I wouldn't be surprised if I finally dump WoW for GW2 or SWTOR. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

8 level 80s... very impressive Craig! Horde, Alliance, or both? And what server(s)? Anyone else I would remember from GW days in your current WoW crew?

I have given up rolling alts myself, I level cap mains in other MMOs instead. After getting to 80 in WoW, I got to 40 in Warhammer and 50 in Aion.

The anticipation for GW2 is very strong right now even among the Warhammer and Aion player bases... looking forward to you all getting a chance to meet some of my friends from those other MMOs in GW2
